At Disability Tax Service, we are dedicated to providing a range of services to assist you with your disability tax credit, RDSP, and other benefit needs.
We offer two streams of service to cater to our clients’ needs. One is a flat fee-based service. The other is a contingency-based service, contingent on your approval for the Disability Tax Credit.
Flat Fee Option:
- I’ll provide your medical practitioner with clear information on the eligibility criteria, dispelling common misconceptions and ensuring they understand what the CRA is looking for.
- I will help you articulate how your symptoms align with the eligibility requirements, providing suggested wording and examples for your medical practitioner to use in the application. This focuses their input on the specific criteria that lead to approvals.
- It’s common for the CRA to request additional information after an application is submitted. I proactively prepare for this by providing your medical practitioner with the likely questions and suggested answers, advocating for you during this critical stage where most applications fail.
- Benefit from my deep understanding of the disability tax credit process. You’ll receive information detailing all the benefits you will be able to utilize once approved.
- I spent seven years with a law firm specializing in these applications, where we charged a 30% contingency fee. I have over twenty years of experience assisting with this process. I’m offering you expertise without the high contingency fees.
- A one-time fee of $350 to $400 for this support.
