To transfer your disability tax credits to a spouse, you must complete Federal Worksheet 2 (T1), Federal Amounts Transfereed From Your Spouse of Common-law Partner. You will want to enter your partner’s disability amount (from line 31600) to line 35700 on Federal Worksheet 2 of the T1. The amount of is $9,428.
